More than 20 engineers and technicians take on massive amounts of research and testing to bring each Banks product to fruition. From design to prototype to market, the Engineering department eats, breathes and sleeps power optimization.

Many Banks engineers are active participants in racing—anything from 100-mph go-carts to 300-mph dragsters—which makes Banks home to some of the fastest speed merchants on the planet.
