Let it flow.
Banks Big Hoss Bundle replaces the power-robbing factory airflow inefficiencies—including the intercooler—with free-flowing components that dramatically increase intake airflow and air density and expel exhaust with virtually no backpressure.
Colossal power with staying power.
Banks balances the improved airflow with advanced CleanTuneTM Technology that adds up to 54% more horsepower and up to 68% more torque than stock without adding black smoke. This is tire-shredding, scenery-blurring constant-duty power that keeps its cool while blasting you from 0-60 mph 24% quicker and 148 feet before stock!
The secret to longer life.
Forget mis-matched components. Run away from tuners that can destroy your engine. Everything in the Big Hoss Bundle is engineered to work together to maximize your engine’s power, efficiency and durability. Big Hoss honors your vehicle by safely living within the limits of your engine. Your Duramax will run stronger and live longer!
All gains measured at the rear wheels
Watch the video! This short segment from ESPN's Truck Stop gives an overview of the Big Hoss Bundle, as installed on professional snowboarder Tara Dakides' truck. (She's got an '03 Duramax, so there may be some variance between this system and the one made specifically for your truck.)
Please note: Palm Tungsten E2 sold separately.

Justin of Heightstown, New Jersey, installed a Big Hoss Bundle on an ’05 GMC with a 6.6L Duramax turbo-diesel
I am a mechanic and installed three Big Hoss Bundles on two 2005 Dodge Dullies owned by my buddies, Bill Cruz and Steve Hodap, who bought my kit for installing theirs. What a great deal!! I installed the Big Hoss on my 2005 GMC as well, all in one weekend. All three trucks have amazed the s#!t out of us with the performance that we were able to get out of them. I truly believe that we can now walk the dog off of any other vehicles on the road. This was the first install of any Banks parts that I have done and everything fit great—I had no trouble installing anything. The toughest part was teaching the trucks the right shift patterns. Otherwise, everything was great. Thanks for the fun that we are going to have!!
Maximum airflow and ultimate power. Watch and learn the importance of airflow, how to increase your power output safely, why you need to upgrade your intercooler, cold air intake, exhaust... (this is a Duramax LMM, other trucks may vary).
