Rear Axle

A narrow rear differential provides the housing for the gear set and axles  As mentioned earlier, the rear axel housing in the Banks dragster is very solidly mounted to the frame.  In fact, the super heavy duty Spitzer fabricated metal housing actually acts to structurally tie the back end of the race car's frame together.  This super-durable differential housing features built-in mounting points for the wheelie bar.
